ANZAC activities

We had a blast in Room 6 today. Our whole day was ANZAC themed.

We started off the morning by making ANZAC biscuits...they were delicious!!!





We made a bit of a mess so we each had a turn at vacuuming up our mess.

Next we made poppies from paper.

Lastly we made poppies using paint. We used our fingers for the poppies, paint brushes for the stem and cardboard for the grass.

    Well done. You did a great job making these ANZAC biscuits and poppies. I am sure you thought of the brave soldiers who ate these same kind of biscuits in those cold, dirty trenches 100 years ago.
    You also did an awesome job cleaning up your mess. Tino pai.
